BOYS & GIRLS WRESTLING DEVELOPING CAMP
ESU camp is designed to incorporate all phases of wrestling, the Technical, the Tactical, Strength/Endurance & Mental. All campers will receive elite level teaching with basic and fundamental skills, we will have lectures and video sessions that will fit all our wrestlers from the beginners and the intense elite wrestlers. Our ultimate goal is teaching our campers to work hard, learn and have fun!

- Breakfast: 8:00am - 9:00am
- Session I: Technique | 9:30am - 11:30am
- Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
- Session II: Technique & Live | 2:00pm - 4:00pm
- Dinner: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
- Session III: Swim or Lift | 7:00pm - 8:00pm
What to Bring:
Water, towel, sneakers, wrestling shoes, swim gear, change of clothes (Overnight: pillow, blanket and hygiene products)
